One day as you’re sitting down to dinner someone knocks on the door. When you answer they look really familiar, but you can’t place them. This person claims to have been there for every major life event you’ve ever had, and they’re afraid of what the next one will do to you. How do you respond?

Today is the winter solstice. I’m giving you a research project. Look up the different kinds cultures’ lore that surround the solstices and equinoxes. Pick one and go. Cult or world crossings, whatever it is you like. Or come up with your own. Build something, a system, a world. Have FUN!

You, or your character, are in a room alone. Suddenly the lights flicker and go out. You feel a sudden change in the atmosphere and here someone whisper in your ear, “It’s not what you think!”
